A post on the World of Warcraft

Jan. 17th: Nighthold!

Jan. 17: Nighthold!

Today’s date is: Dec. 16, 2016

What a nice change to see the next raid arriving on a schedule. They have a qualifier “we are aiming” but it will drop Normal and Heroic on the 17th then LFR and Mythic versions on the next week.

This also will mean that the big statistic re-tuning and class retuning will probably be two weeks before on … January 3rd? That is a little hard to believe, coming right out of the holiday. Maybe they’ll have it on the 10th and give us only one week to settle into a new groove.

What does it mean? It means that if you don’t have Ahead of the Curve: Xavius and really want it, you’d better go get it!

Otherwise, we can all relax and enjoy the holidays. Winter’s Veil is today with toys and costumes and cookies. New Year’s Eve will be fireworks in the major cities. I wonder of the Broken Shore will have any changes — as I recall, the Butcher in High Maul wore a Santa hat; I really (really) hope that our Order Hall is festive!
