Happy Holidays

No blog today on WoW. Lets relax and enjoy our surroundings. Lots of sports on teevee, I have good food and a good book.

I remember, years ago, I was probably 22. I was working on a Community Theater show and it took a lot of time to get that big show up and running. I was eating at the Frontier Restaurant almost exclusively.

I had spent Christmas Eve with my folks. But Christmas Day was to be a matinee of our show. Fine by me!

I remember getting out of the theater; first to arrive, last to leave. I walked out of the space and the town felt deserted. All of the stores were closed. Frontier was closed! No traffic on Central Avenue.

You would be bummed too if your Christmas dinner was a 7-11 microwave burrito; eaten on the way home on a dark, empty cold night.
