Bits and Pieces
I saw a comment thread that said that the patches have been coming every 77 days. I didn’t verify it or anything but it would be a trip to imagine going to Argus on August 28th.
Patch 7.3 will give us a new Raiding with Leashes but sending us to the same places as a prior Raiding with Leashes. We’ll be back in Cata stuff like Firelands and Black Wing Lair. I guess they ran out of raids to send us to! Did they really call it Cute-i-clysm?
This week our raid team downed Demonic Inquisition on Heroic. I’d guess we’d had about 40 wipes on that fight. Clearly we were under-geared when we’ve tried it these past many weeks and now we are minimally geared enough to down it. It was a break-through but no one (but me) was satisfied: they want to kill the Mistress Sassy. That one is tough but we are seeing phase three consistently now so it is a matter of time and gear score.
Reset Days are not what they once were. I looked forward to Tuesdays because I could advance my character with the Weekly World Boss. I’ve out-geared all of those guys and have a painful amount of Order Resources. It doesn’t rival Timeless Coins but it will soon enough.
I need three more weeks in the Deadmines to finish collecting those pets. I’ve blown it off for the past few weeks. It felt a little tedious. I’ll see if I can snag a fellow collector and we can keep each other company in Discord or on a Bnet channel.
Just about one year in Legion. The pathways are well worn and a bit dusty.

Yay more raiding with leashes, i cant wait to see what pets we get.. cata has some cool models.
Noo we cannot go to Argus this month. Still too much to do before instellar travel.

I am not too fond of this; It does appear as if Blizzard have some kind of arrangement with “delivering” content on a certain timetable. I much prefer to wait for quality than to see quantity everywhere; it just feels to me as if they are trying so hard to please those that play the game 24/7 – so they wont run out of things to do

I think they’ve been doing a good job of quality as well as quantity – a bit more story on the Broken Isles would have been nice, but I’d rather that I feel a little overwhelmed than “why am I logging in, again?”
I’m confused though – this is Raiding With Leashes V, and IV was Wrath of the Lick King, with Ulduar / Trial of the Champion / Icecrown Citadel?

I can’t say that I remember the roman numeral but it will be the next one, the one after the Lick King Leashes. It will echo a prior Leashes and send us back to pet collecting we’ve done before but this time with new pets!

Aye, that’s what I’m saying – I can’t see any records of Firelands / Dragon Soul / Bastion of Twilight / Blackwing Descent dropping pets before. There’s Blackwing Lair from the first Leashes?
