I think that they are doing a pretty good job fixing the broken. The tuning feels like fine-tuning and not the massive over-haul that we are expecting with the next patch.

All healing spells increased by 3%.
Rejuvenation mana cost reduced to 10.5% (was 11%).
Any buff to my class is welcome. Holy Priest got a reduction which is a shame, I raid with two of those guys and out-heal them already.
Omega Vector will last longer with smaller raid sizes, lowering the number of forced Lingering Infection stacks per player.
I’m super glad that they are monitoring smaller groups like mine. Letting something like this continue can kill a raid, kill a guild and kill my dream-filled heart!
Fixed a bug where some shields and off-hands had a chance to Titanforge. Existing items that have dropped will not change, but new drops of these items should no longer have a chance to Titanforge.
I was under the impression that the only things that could NOT war- and titan-forge were the Azerite pieces; head, shoulders, chest. I’m confused and nervous, what are the rules for the game?
I have always run the LFR while raiding Normal for the hopes of a titan-forged piece. If we can’t get higher pieces then why run the LFR (if you are raiding Normal). My Alts will run it, sure, but if my gear is flat then, well, I don’t know. I railed about the pain of needing RNG but if they’ve taken it away then they need another system like earned tokens.
Philosophically it feels like the designers are trending towards professions don’t matter, buffs don’t matter, gear doesn’t matter. Tag a mob, kill it in 20 seconds and move on to the next mob until you’ve fill the time cup. This can’t be true, of course.
